I was migrated *****ulently by mtn consultant on the 12 February 2026 .I have been calling mtn many times from the day with no help today I am billed R621.67 for the migration I didn't agree to i need help no one is willing to help me at mtn they keep transferring me and dropping my calls I am stressing a lot I need my money back

Ihs property management poor management taking chances,they dont want to pay my deposit back
I have been staying at IHS property building at Ekhaya , fleurhof for the past six years, I have put in a notice to move from the building last month end and now they are giving me problems to get my deposit back for R4160 with interest the money was receiving all this years now they want me to pay R6105.75 for maintenance of the flat , the reason why I moved out in the first place is that the ceiling is leaking and its affecting my furniture and complained for it to be fixed no luck and there is mould the whole entire flat which is affecting my sons health and they never maintained the building in the six years I lived there now I am supposed to pay for the bill I don't even know what it is for .

MTN BAD SERVICE
I have a cellphone contract with Mtn from 2013 december and i took insurance with the 9990 Black Berry and i started experincing probles last year october when my phone felt in the water and i took the phone for repairs in october 2014 and since then i have been calling the insurance department for more than six months and still no help and i was supposed to upgrade december 2014 and i didnt because of this bad customer service i receive from Mtn and they are still debiting my acc with R263 and i only have a sim card which i receive R100 airtime and it is not fair on me because when i call the department they always drop my phone or put me on hold for the ever and i called them today and spoke to Busi Kunene who placed me on hold for 30 minutes and dropped my call and i spoke to Mark Maleking the supervisor and he is like his team and he doesnt care at all and i am tired with mtn just want to cancel my contract
