What an awesome company! Communication was excellent and I was updated throughout the process. Delivery happened super fast and Johan helped me fix my address for delivery as I used the wrong one. No ****mers and very happy with the product!
Arrived at the restaurant to find out that our reservation was not recorded even though I received a confirmation email. Then our waitress managed to forget to put our order through to the kitchen. My husband called the manager to enquire about our food. Instead of owning up to the slip up he tried to cover with an excuse that the food would be out after the next table. Then everyone at the table received their food but my husband. We had to be in time for a show and this dis not help the situation at all! The food was not wow and we will not be back!
What a difference to my experience at a neighboring store where there was no interest in assisting at all! In the Atterbury store the assistant on the floor assisted by asking questions to get to my requirements for a pair of walking shoes. He pointed out problems areas and made suggestions to support my feet. The experience was positive and he helped me with a very positive attitude. We need more people helping in stores with this degree of knowledge
My Vivomove 3S started acting up and after trying all the possible suggestions on line I was assisted by an online advisor which also didn’t help so I finally took the device to the Garmin store in Rosebank. The instore agent helped me promptly and friendly tried everything he could and then signed the device in to have it repaired. Within a week a new device was delivered to my daughter as the device was faulty. O can honestly recommend these people with no apprehension. Fast friendly and effective
From my website enquiry to the actual delivery of my order I have had the best experience with Dreyer Linen trading as Distinctive Linen. Sam phoned me to get the exact details of my needs and then sent me a quote. The towels arrived as promised on my farm exactly on the day and I was kept up to date all the time. The workers’s towels were each wrapped in individual parcels with their names on. It was an absolute pleasure to unpack and check. I will definitely do business with them again and can truly recommend this company #win
I have had many interactions with Takealot recently and not once was I disappointed by their service, communication or delivery. I had to return an item because I made a mistake by not reading properly what was said about the product and even then I was able to return the parcel without problems!
I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from this company. The communication was good at all times and my parcel arrived in good time delivered to my gate on a farm! The product was of very high quality and in beautiful packaging. I can recommend this business
One star is one too many! I am só sorry that I didn’t do my homework properly before choosing BudgetAir. They do not know the first thing about customer service and none of their numbers on any site gives you joy. Emails come back with a default automated answer. I am super annoyed and it doesn’t surprise me that they haven’t answered any of the reviews!
I was contacted ahead of the launch for this app asking whether I would be interested in this. As we stay on a farm and my 45 workers are always in need of airtime it was the perfect solution. I got hold of the printer and got the app from Play store but then the frustration began. You pay R1000 into a bank account and then as you request airtime it gets deducted from your account. Sometimes the amount would go off but no voucher gets issued but mostly when I request a voucher it tells me R*100*01*null# and I have to tell my customer sorry cannot help you. I have complained to no avail. On the Play store the testimonials are from the creators themselves. Their Facebook page is just as useless when I phone the numbers on their website I get no answer or the phones are off. I have sent numerous emails without any answer. This could potentially be such a great idea but leaves me only frustrated. Please look into the company for me as the owners are very illusive. I have R99.18 credit I can do nothing with. Thank you
