My funeral policy paid via Edcon but administered by Hollard insurance is ripping me off. There's no communication from them or even when I search as to where to submit claims, emails bounces off. Yet I'm unable to cancel it as Edgars indicates I should contact Hollard directly. My call always cuts when put through to their service. It's clear ****ming for taking my money but not attending to my needs. How does one submit claim without reliable emails or website?
I love shopping at this shop. Very helpful, friendly stuff. They attend to all questions and ensure I leave the store with a smile, always. I'm very pleased with them.
Ineffective and unreliable business. Been trying to submit a claim, no one is responding yet its claiming turn around time is 2 days. ****mer I must say. How am I suppose to bury loved one when I have been waiting for 2weeks to be attended to. My payments are never late at all but the poor service is extremely unsatisfactory. This is pure exploitation and its adding to my stress and grief ☹️
They make special on certain products but don't put them in shelves at all. Went to choppies boshoek, Rustenburg town and all of them don't have Ultra mel milk on shelves as per catalogue for special items. They claim they don't have stock. How do you put item on special when you don't have stock for? Total cheats and disgrace

I have been trying to get hold of any agent that works with Hollard funeral policy. At first their number listed on the website were not going through at all.I thought it is because its festive season but how do they not have a call center when running a funeral policies?today 22 Jan, i have been holding on the line for whole freakin 30min with the machine saying all agents are currently busy. Can all agents be busy for that long, with my entire airtime getting exhausted just waiting for service.I have sent numerous emails which no one seems to be responding to, just getting an automated reply that it will be attended to. absolutely ridiculous to receive such treatment. My deceased have been gone for 3 weeks now but i still haven't received any service from Hollard. On Monday an agent called me but then she indicated that she works for Hollard direct and not partners, she will give message to those dealing with Edgards hollard insurance partners.
We have insurance policy with this organisation which covers movable items including vehicles. We now want to add property to the policy and no one seems to take us seriously as they do not make any effort to revert back to us regarding at least a quote on the property.Each day we run a risk that something might happen to the property and if not covered we stand to loose a lot more. We called our direct consultant Suliman Minty who promised that he will request his office to call us back, but nothing thus far. This is very poor service
