Useless customer care line. With zero feedback
Tried to buy a watch for the elderly. Due to my father's passing and my mother not being able to look after herself,neither my brother nor I is close enough. Paid it online and 3rd patty app crached yet payment was made. I sent multiple emails including proof of payment and phones multiple times. No one seems able nor willing to assist. Today 2 weeks later the order was canceled yet it was paid and no refund was made to us. This item being a matter of life and death. I am truly dissapointed with the customer care. Would not recommend buying items here that is desperately needed. Use alternative sites.

Service with a smile
Best brokers to use. Ellen assisted me super quickly with claiming a damaged windscreen. Doing all the arrangements with the Windscreen Provider. All round excellent service.

Burger King Secunda lost the touch
Poor service at the pickup of drive thru. Gives the drinks in a mangled carton that dropped the cups as I entered my cats window. Except for that the poor quality of the lid caused my drink toe spill out all over me with this issue. Absolutely worst place to buy. They also like to cook the timing system of they are unprepared. Making you wait at pay point to get your food.

From Patient to Family at Atterbury Value Mart Spec-Savers.
Professional service. Friendly assistance from counter service to eye test, even hands on training for contact lense usage. Assistance with medical aid hastles. Allround great experience. Persistance to get the frame I wanted. Thank you for the great service

Had yet a great experience. Did not make a reservation, yet they made a place for me and my girlfriend. Great friendly service with a fullhouse to attend to. Well done and thank you for brilliant service

BMW motorbike guru
I got the number of Bling King's owner via a friend who got it from Facebook. I called him because of the recommendation given. My rear shock on my BMW R1200 GS (2010) was leaking oil. He gave me a quote and I took it to him. He called me within 3 working days. Told me he found a few unusual things on this bike of mine. He then went on and fixed all for me. Doing a service as well. Brilliant service. Great spirit and a pleasure to do business with. The owner/mechanic Denver Biggs Rivonia Gauteng . Legend in my eyes.

Bryanston, the winning team
On review of Yesterday. I would also like to acknowledge the brilliant staff that the Bryanston Branch has in its midst. Friendly smile and greeting from every individual. This is my most pleasent stay with any hotel ever. They sorted out dinner plans without hesitation,due to service provider not able to help. Well done to the staff and managing team.

Costing me money
Firstly I got a phone on contract from Vodacom. Since June when i got the phone it already went in for a repair after struggling with it for 2 months. Now I am on standby ,my phone goes directly to voicemail and the phone is on and on load speaker, happened 5 times in 2 days time... Pay money for service which i don't get, loosing money of not receiving call outs! Service from personnel at Hi Cell in Standerton is absolutely pathetic. Not helping with problems in a professional manner
