All I can say is, WOW! TUNL is setting a new benchmark in both shipping and service! An easy to use platform, rates that's competitive or even better than international platforms like easyship. AND, their service doesn't stop the moment you have booked your shipment! They will actively assist to resolve any issues with the carrier (FedEx, UPS etc). Anyone considering using TUNL for international shipping that is unsure, or someone looking for options to ship internationally, TUNL will deliver! And, they are a local company, based in Cape Town, so you have real human support, rather than just an AI chatbot.
FedEx, once again, you managed to mess up the customs clearance process. Already spoken to two different agents to resolve the matter, still no feedback 24 hours later. Explain, how you calculate that Customs VAT, is nearly 3 times the total value of the commercial invoice? Perhaps, because your agent cannot tell the difference between ZAR and USD, and then goes and multiply a ZAR amount by 16.7 and then there is ZERO urgency to try and resolve the matter!!
WHY, is it too much effort, to have have a sufficient amount of cashiers open during peak traffic times? People queuing into the isles , at BOTH the express tills and normal tills. 1 out of 3 cashiers open at express tills. 4 out of 10 cashiers open at the normal tills, with only SOME of them accepting cash. Then when the store manager is asked politely to open more cashiers, his response is attitude and that people must just be patient, as it will normalize again after the busy rush!! This is at Checkers Kyalami Corner. Where it is a constant problem, also 60sixty pickers having zero regard for other shoppers!!
Dear FNB Since you have introduced your new 'improved' security measures for online payments where I have to scan a QR code to confirm the payment... Well, perhaps you must also streamline the process with your vendors and service providers, so they can actually provide a QR code TO SCAN!!! Then in the same breath, why, do ONLY SOME online payments, have this security measure? LOCAL online purchases. NOT international online purchases? Brings me to the next question? WHAT do I pay your RIDICULOUS monthly account fees for, when I'm not even able to buy online tickets for an expo???
Capitec Business, is THE MOST USELESS bank EVER!!!!!!!!!!! App is not functional! Verification is an ongoing issue!! I feel sorry for the extremely helpful consultant that assisted me, you deserve better! Lets see how efficient the support is CLOSING an account! As opening and trying to get it functional, was painful!
Capitec... Your banking fees, might be cheap. But, do you actually offer a working platform for that monthly account fees? Your business division, customer support is almost non existent, and your mobile banking app seems to be more broken than functional? A very simply function, like ordering a card, isn't functioning... Payment history doesn't show in your app.
If anyone consider sending anything via a standard flyer with The Courier Guy, There is NO STANDARD price. The pricing, isn't determined by what you put into the flyer, BUT BY HOW THE FLYER IS PUT ONTO THEIR CONVEYER SYSTEM BY THE OPERATOR. This make it possible that a 38cm wide flyer can measure 43.8cm wide, and a small box measuring 21cm x 7cm x 7cm (with protective bubble wrap included), suddenly measures 13cm in height. Subsequently, the standard flyer price went from R105 to R165 rand. Other parcels were also overcharged, I was promised a refund (hahaha, big joke, still waiting for the refund). Their story? It is based on volumetric weight. So my parcels have a volumetric weight of 0,3kg, yet I get charged for 4kg of volumetric weight. Desperate times clearly call for desperate measures. Advise, if you do send anything by standard flyer, tape that flyer down so it isn't possible for anyone to fold it open and stretch it out to increase the volumetric weight.
WORST WORST WORST WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Totally DYSFUNCTIONAL. App keeps crashing, and without the app, nothing can be done! Customer care helpline is utterly useless! They can't even e-mail you a list of their business banking branches (which are VERY FEW). USELESS!!!!!
OVERCHARING AND EMPTY PROMISES! So, to anyone that might consider sending a fly bag with The Courier Guy. It is NOT the rate advertised. The cost, ALL depends, on HOW the flyer is at some point being put down on their new measuring system. This make it possible that a R105 flyer, suddenly gets charged at R165, because the flyer have grown to measure larger than what the flyer is actually big. 43,8cm wide, where an empty back, ONLY measures just under 38cm wide. The actual content of what was in the flyer, had a volumetric weight of under 0.3kg. yet, with how the parcel had been put down and the flyer grown to bigger than its normal dimensions, where charged at 6kg volumetric weight. Received ONLY A PARTIAL refund. 2 other parcels that were also overcharged due to the same problem, I received NO REFUND!!!!!
Being overcharged, a standard flyer with a small package inside it, weighting less than 300 grams, is being charged as a 4kg parcel. Upon booking, the standard rate of R105 was indicated, but then R115 was eventually charged. This also isn't the first time it has happened. So, ALWAYS CHECK when sending parcels, that you are indeed charged the same amount you were charged upon booking it! The Courier Guy, you are busy dropping the ball, as this is the 2nd report in 2 weeks...
