Extremely Dissappointed Customer
I purchased a nissan Qashqai from bb nissan hatfield. I dropped my car off to get leather seats fitted as it was part of the deal. When I got my car back it was damaged and seats where loose. After weeks of back and forth, my car is still damaged and nothing was done to correct the damage done to my car. I suggest not using bb nissan my expererience was extremely dissappointing. I regret buying a vehicle from them.

Terrible service from Leroy Merlin.
Terrible service from Leroy Merlin. Made an online purchase and only after a week was told there is no stock. After asked for a refund, 2 weeks later still no refund or any update.

Worst Service at BB Renault Hatfield
Traded my vehicle in on new vehicle, on day of trade-in they gave me 10 000 les then we agreed on. Then sold me a vehicle that does not meet my needs at all as they disclosed this vehicle is terribly under powered. I contacted them to trade this vehicle in on a better vehicle, sales person never phoned me back. Very disappointed with BB Hatfield an terrible after sales.

Pricing Incorrect
Bought 6 items at Game and 2 of them the price on the shelf was not correct. After logging a call at head office they are still not willing to give the item at the price on the shelf. Game does not check there price’s as they should and therefore taking advantage of their customers. The Price you see is the Price you Pay.
