My debt hero has been taking money from my account for the past few years and yet I am still receiving threats from nedbank to be handed over to their legal department if payment is not made. I have requested assistance or feedback from my debt hero and they respond back via email refering to me as Nomsa and saying they need a time to call me and yet I am now being ignored, whilst they take my money and treat me like a second rate citizen. I hate this company and their staff and beyond ***********
I have been given the run around with submitting my two pot request since Monday and now I am told to wait 48 hours for them to investigate and I have now been blocked from logging another complaint and requesting a call back and it is not like anyone answers the phone when you try to inquire about two pot withdrawal
I ordered and paid for a sausage egg mc****in and was only given a dry, old tasting sausage mc****in and I have lodged a complaint with McDonald's directly and received an acknowledgement but no feedback is ever given by McDonald's complaints and this was a complete waste of my money. It was the wrong order and disgusting
I have requested an update on my file which has now been ongoing for over a year. I have had to make continuous follow ups and I was advised by Carmen consul today that I am not the only client. Till date, I have no feedback, I am receiving follow ups from my creditor and now all I know is that I am not the only client :)
How difficult is it to get confirmation of cover? A debit date? And confirmation of receipt of documentation.. I was told my first will be on the 25th, then today but still nothing.. Now I am still waiting to find out if they have received my inspection documents which I have sent 4 times now? No one has given me feedback that is relevant to my inquiries and till now, no premium deduction, hence no cover? My first debit order is causing me so much time wasted and stress.. This is absolutely pathetic and a waste of my damn time
Seeing as outsurance **** to me about the cover I was promised when changing to them for car cover.. Do I not qualify for the money they PROMISE for not being able to match your cover and premium? They have completely inconvenienced my life and put me in a worse position than prior to when I joined them?
Pathetic customer service! I requested for full comprehensive cover.. I was also promised that my excess will be included into the amount payable by outsurance. Now suddenly I am being informed by Dumi Khoza that I am only covered for a max repair amount of R28 000 with a first amount payable and no towing, no storage cover, no windscreen cover and he has the audacity to tell me I can sell my car if damaged over R28 000 to specific companies? What kind of pathetic service is this. I will be taking this further. Most pathetic insurance company!
I have requested for car insurance cover to start with effect 01/10/2023, there was no premium deducted off my account & now there is no cover either. I have been querying this and I still have no feedback from them, they are ignoring my e-mails and now I do not have cover?????????
This is thee most useless and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They have put me in a worse position than when I started with them.. I recommend them to no one and they ruin your life and your credit score, just to make things a million times worse for you!
Good day, please be advised that I have purchased a bed on black Friday 2021 and I have been trying to complain to house and home for the past month and a half and I was called once to say the issue will be taken up with the bed manufacturer but till date I have not received any further feedback, at the moment I am sleeping on my couch because even sitting on that bed gives me a stabbing pain because the springs are sticking through the mattress and the mattress is completely broken along the sides of the bed. I have not been able to use the bed for the past month as I wake up in agony and suffer multiple sleepless nights. If I do not get a response from the manufacturer directly, I will be taking it to the media..
