My mother has been requesting a password reset for her account but she isn't receiving the reset email. THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THEIR PASSWORD RESET system.<br> My mother has emailed 2 emails today complaining and advising customer service and she's spoken to Zando telephonically and no one can assist her. <br> <br> Her email address is operational & yet your Zando refuses to look past your systems & assist her.<br>
