MTN Jacqueline Mall Alberton. During a visit at the above mtn store we purchased a new cellphone. The Staff Kerry (Manageress) and Bonisiwe assisted us and offered to transfer data and photos from the old phone to the new phone. This took more time than was expected and at closing time the transfer was not yet complete, but they insisted that we wait until the transfer was complete. Kudos to them. They really went the extra mile. We only left at 17:35. This is the type of service we appreciate and can definitely recommend them to everybody.
We have been members with The Holiday Club for many years and have spent many enjoyable holidays by using our points. We have never had any problems with The Holiday Club. Once again the Management and Louise de Koker went the extra mile by attending to our request regarding our points within a few days. Kudos to The Holiday Club. From Tony and Yvonne Lombard.
When I purchased my Nissan NP200 I had an Auto-watch immobilizer anti hijack unit installed by the dealer before delivery. I have a problem in that when i park near a cellphone tower i am unable to start the car and need to push it under cover nearby before starting. Is this a common problem with these units and does other also have the same problem?
On the 18-10-2022 Sheerguardsa installed Premium Guard clear burglar bars at my home. The installation done by Raymond Schott was very professional, neat and with professional equipment. I am very impressed and satisfied. I will definitely use them for the remaining windows.
I received a call three days ago offering me a upgrade. I requested that MTN must e-mail the proposed contract for my viewing and if i am interested i will approve the contract. I was again later the day contacted and requested my approval to do a credit check which i had no problem with and was also informed that i would receive the contract e-mail between 2 to 48 hours for my approval. The following day i was notified that my credit check was approved and MTN automatically added the contract without me receiving a e-mail or being contacted. I requested Client Service to e-mail me the contract but have not heard from MTN.How can MTN automatically apply a contract that i have not seen or approved. I also sent MTN a complaint and after a day am still waiting for an e-mail or a reply to my complaint.
I recently ordered HP ink cartriges plus a Crutial X8 SSD form First shop. The Ink cartriges were delivered within 2 days and the SSD a week later due to no stock at the time. I kept in contact with them ( Patricia) who kept me up to date, I would have appreciated it if First Shop could contact me during the order so that I did not have to phone them for progress while waiting for the SSD. I will purchase from them again.
