I have received the worst customer service, stinking attitude and unprofessional attitude from Werner Grobler after waiting for over 3 months for my shoe. This is unaccetable from Socrati and in particular from Werner
<p>I bought a bed on the 25th of November 2016 from Rochester Nelspruit, salesman was Barend. Barend said that the bed was going to be delivered on Wednesday 30 November 2016. As promised by Barend i went to Rochester on Wednesday to collect the bed and he informed me that the bed was not there and that definitely on Friday the 2nd the bed will be there.</p> <p>Friday i again went to collect the bed and Barend said the bed was not there and definitely it will arrive on Wednesday 7 December as there were delays. I asked to speak to his manager as i was fed up, his manager Riaan in the 1st 2 minutes of the discussion was quick to state that i should cancel the order and take my money. As a manager i expected a better response than that.</p> <p>I left the shop after Riaan promised that the bed would be delivered on the 7th of December. On the 7th of December i once again went back to Rochester and still the bed had not yet arrived. Riaan made a couple of phone calls and came back to me only saying that the regional manager ie Marius will call me back tomorrow which is the 8th of December. He didn’t even tell me why Marius was going to call me or how he was going to assist in me getting the bed.</p> <p>On the 8th of December no phone call from Barend, Riaan or Marius. I then called Riaan on his cell phone ( ********** ) at around 1 pm and he said we will get Barend to call me back in 15 mins. At 2pm i called him again as Barend had not called and he once again said Barend will call in 10 mins and he hung up as i was talking to him. I tried to call Riaan several times on the 8th of December 2016 and he is no longer answering my calls.</p> <p>I then called Barend on the 8th of December 2016 and he said he is currently busy and that he will call me back in 5 mins. He then called back saying he is fed up of people calling him and there is nothing he can do and that i should cancel the order. He was very rude on the phone .</p> <p>Up to today Barend has not called . Riaan has not called, Marius has not called. In all of these days none of these people apologised for the delay and in all their actions they do not care about the customer.</p> <p>This is the worst service ever and will advise all customers to keep away from Rochester.</p>
