Absolutely great service received from Leon, Shaun and others from MLH Transport involved in our move. They really went above and beyond to ensure a professional and smooth experience. Also, Wise Move made it very easy to compare several quotes and select the best one.
I bought a luggage cover based on the size measurements advertised. It arrived and did not fit my bag. So there is an issue in the product description. I had to return the item. I struggled to get the item back in its original packaging and did not want to tear the original packaging, so I have just sent it back with the item and original packaging in the box. To me it is better than me in the process tearing the original packaging. My return was declined based on this. So you want to return it to me, then I will put it back in the packaging and hopefully not tear the small packaging, and then immediately send it back to you? Does that sound logical to you? The item advertising is incorrect. The size I ordered was shown fitting a 66cm bag, yet it does not fit my 66cm bag. So what you are suggesting is that you return it to me again, I try to package it in the small package without tearing it apart, immediately send it back to you and then you have to inspect it again, then refund me and then I can order the smaller size after that? If I tear the packaging while trying to put it back, what then? The point is your product description contains false information and it must be exchanged. Just a lot of questions from my side about the wasteful nature of Takealot's return policy. And no reply since Thursday when I rep**** to an agent asking me for an address to return the item to me, which obviously I will not accept. If this is Takealot's return policy and level of customer care I would prefer to buy at a place where people instead reason logically.
Got an out for delivery SMS the morning stating delivery by 17:00. After 16:00 I phoned their courier company's call centre and they told me the driver would be there just after 17:00. I waited until 18:15 and then left the office with no package. Later I had to see the driver indicated a "bad address", but why does the driver not call me? Also, how can they not find the address when other couriers easily deliver there every day? Never, ever use this company as their deliveries does not seem to happen.

I tried cancelling my Rain 5G service 11 times, with no effort from Rain to assist me. Please whatever you do do not deal with these incompetent people.
I have tried to cancel my 5G since Monday with absolutely no feedback from Rain. As per their terms and conditions I am entitled to a full refund if I cancel within 7 days of starting a contract, but it seems like they are stalling to avoid this refund. Please don't bother with Rain 5G. Their customer care is 0. Rather go with fibre or MTN 5G.
I have an ASUS Transformer Mini T103HA tablet. After a firmware update from the ASUS website the unit failed to boot. I booked the unit in at Rectron Cape Town and they advised me that the failed firmware update would require me to replace the motherboard as they cannot reflash the BIOS directly. They also said that they need to replace the entire battery and screen, which comes to a value of more than the tablet cost me in the first place. Is this standard procedure? I merely wanted to keep my tablet safe by keeping the firmware up to date and now I need to buy an entirely new tablet because the official firmware update failed? An ASUS South Africa service center agent said that as my device is out of warranty I need to pay the rediculous repair for a device that had absolutely no problems otherwise. ASUS should be held responsible for providing firmware updates that causes a perfectly working device to be corrupted to a level where it is cheaper to buy a new, non-ASUS device with better after-sales service. I am extremely disappointed in ASUS as a company and the poor service I received from them.
I ordered a UPS for my router from them and the order was delivered later the same business day. I was kept up to date with progress notifications all the way.
For a few months now I have been subscribed and resubscribed to unwanted WASPs even after asking your customer care to cancel the WASP. They cancelled it and bam. A month later it was back! Your Content Charge blocking option is not working, so please don't ask me to dial *141*5#. Your store assistants said they will fix it, but the R2.61/day is still there charged by 27834737. Block WASPs immediately on my account.
Can your call centre please stop trying to call me. If I did not answer the first 20 times I am not going to pick up now. I used the website to check comparative pricing on different cars. Now I get spammed with nearly 10 attempted calls daily. Truecaller does block every single one of them, but it is still an annoyance. Please remove my number from your marketing database. Pretty sure I did select the "please do not spam the hell out of me" option as well. Regards
