Sent 5 emails - 2 whats app - NO RESPONSE TERRIBLE COMPANY TO USE
Does anybody know HOW BAD they are in service - delivery - returns PITY THEY ARE SO BAD - TERRIBLE
Pathetic service - NO SERIVE FROM Complaints dept Resolution dept normal service dept They are Pathetic
Have they got anybody at customer service- 4 emails - no response - zip
customer service - DOES NOT EXIST - Discovery customer service - DOES NOT EXIST - Capitec Who do we Bank with ????
TERRIBLE SERVICE - DO THEY HAVE ANY MANAGERS/SENIOR MANAGERS OR DIRECTORS - HOW DO YOU REPORT IT????????
ACTUALLY HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT - DONT BELIEVE THEY HAVE HOW DO YOU REPORT SOMETHING TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT

I took and Insurance Policy out with Standard Bank insurance (non natural) life policy was taken out - I got copies of the policy in 2014 - 2016 - 2018 - and it all seemed to me as being the same - same description - same cover - and still same terms and conditions - I now tried for 4 months to get again a copy of the policy - which after about 50 emails and 4 months - I eventually got a copy last month - The name of the policy has CHANGED - the cover has been CHANGED - the terms and conditions have changed - I have sent about 6 emails asking for details with NO RESPONSE - WHAT DO I DO - I also suggest who ever has Insurance policies to check them - it seems Policies have changed to the benefit of INSURERS - HELP
