WHAT KAK...
Good day I recently put in a request to have my account closed and these people refuse to close it, I am out of contract and paying month to month I need someone competent to assist as the call center is extremely inefficient and you wait for a long time for someone to answer

what is going on with this network? just dropping calls, no service, saying insufficient air time, also the free points we get, if its exchanged for airtime you can only call mtn to mtn what nonsense is this in this day and age voice should be free! my entire house hold is tired of this bull and we on the verge of switching please get your kak together

<p>HI I HAVE TAKEN OUT THIS PRODUCT FOR MY GRAND MOTHER AND NOTICED THAT I AM PAYING FOR THE PREMIUM PACKAGE AND THAT A CHANNEL WAS REMOVED, CHANNEL 110(MOVIES 1+2 ) IA REMOVED, I EXPECT TO GET WHAT I PAY FOR, OR THE MONTHLY PREMIUM SHOULD BE LOWERED, PLEASE NOTE THAT I WILL NOT HESITATE TO END THIS SERVICE AND MOVE MY BUSINESS TO DSTV, THE CHANNELS HARDLY EVER DISPLAY THE CHANNEL INFORMATION AND THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE! I FEEL THAT STARSAT IS NOT DOING ME A FAVOUR AS I AM PAYING THEM EVERY MONTH, PLEASE SEE THAT THIS IS RESOLVED AS THE EXTRA MOVIE CHANNEL IS CONVENIENT</p> <p>THANK YOU </p>

Good day its now been almost a month since we applied for an Iphone on contract we have since went in to the branch to query and the gentleman told us that they \back logged"and will let us know.... since then not one person has bothered contacting us to give feedback.<br> This is honestly poor service from a brand of Apples caliber"

Good day 3 weeks back I purchased a pair of Nike sneakers from these people and after paying I got home and noticed that they gave me a size 8 when I specifically tried on a 7 and requested a 7, I have been back to the store numerous occasions and the guy there keeps saying he will give me a call 3 weeks later and I am still waiting PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!<br> <br> Thank you
