I have a brand new X-Rider 2021 model with a year I was told my DISC and Pads needed to be replaced just before 20kms, I have owned a 2008 300Detq for years before this and never experienced such a wear and tear experience from a brand new car, I have noticed a number of people of Facebook complaining about the same thing, surely we are not all bad drivers
This is my second complaint I am logging, I have been waiting for telkom to install a new to house that already had a line before, they gave me all sorts of excuses which I wont mention again but after 2 months no line and when I called 10210, IO always got the same response that I am getting here, that my complaint will be escalated and someone will call me and it never happens.

This is ridiculous and lack of ownership from telkom and care for their customers.
HI,

I stay in New Germany, Pinetown, I applied for a new line at the beginning of July and the first response I got from Telkom was that they will be sort it out on the 27th of July, since then I have had so many never heard before reasons why they couldn't install my line and the house already had a line from the previous owner, they just had to re connect and activate it.

The funniest reason for their failure that actually made me cancel this application was that today the 21th of August is that, on Wednesday the 19th of August, their technician asked my maid to show him where the PABX box is cause he didn't know and he had to leave without installing my line cause the maid couldn't show him ,, I don't even know where it is myself and he logged a reason that he did not have the keys to open that box and he called me today and asked if I have located the PABX box so that he can come cause no one from Telkom knows where it is and mind you I am leaving in a complex called Sanderstead and my neighbours do have a line.

This made me realize that, that's why Telkom is retrenching because the same people on the ground don't take their work serous
