I have logged a claim with Integrisure for a non-motor claim and have been calling and whatsapp with no response for almost a week now. The service provided has been very poor as i do not know where i stand with the claim
OUTsurance did not beat my current, comprehensive car insurance premium on a like-for-like basis but they are not willing to pay you R1 500 cash as i have been with my insurer for more than 3 years. I was dissapointed as i was even ready to move one of my other insurable items to them but not anymore.
I have logged a ticket for more than a week now and there has been no response. I have noticed a trend here that if i do not complain on Hellopeter my ticktes are not responded on. I will no longer log tickets but just come to Hellopeter. Ticket number #54462

I have been having internet connection issues since Sunday afternoon. messaged customer service on WhatsApp and followed the suggestion made but my internet keeps dropping and not up consistently. I even logged a ticket on the portal and they rebooted the router and I am still having issues. I need someone who knows what they doing to contact me and try to resolve the issue for me.
I have logged 3 incidents with gosolr via the app and website and no response and it has been 3 to weeks since I have logged them. I am having issues with the power and they do not seem to care. I will not renew my contract when it expires as the after-sales support is ridiculous. Can someone please attend to my issue?
I want to cancel my contract with Vodacom and I am being told I cannot due to an extension that I made which is incorrect. I was told they investigating and it will take 48 hours and I am still waiting for a response. I called in again on 05 February and I could not get an up date and was told to wait for a couple more days. It is unacceptable and i will never get another contract with Vodacom.
I have installed solar from Gosolr for months now and have been waiting for an inspector to come and do an inspection and issue a certificate but that has not happened. This is not only a safety hazard; I also need the certificate for insurance. Should something happen GoSolr must be held liable.

I have been debited an incorrect amount for two consecutive months and the last time I was told the issue will be fixed but that is not the case and have not received any feedback. Please resolve this matter urgently.
