Be careful to invest in SASFIN. We were promised by Khati Mudaly that we would get our investment money within 24 hours. It is now 2 weeks down the line and we still haven't received it. Khati is now off everyday and the secretary, Cindy are also promising but nothing delivering.
I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy from exclusive auto. Bought a vehicle 23 Dec’2020 cash for R234000. Radio not working. Exchanged radio and scratched the dashboard in the process of exchanging. This week the vehicle went for his first service, after 7000 km. Garage let me know the clutch is faulty, will cost me almost R9000 to repair. I was forced by Exclusive Auto to by a machanical repair plan for things like this. Almost R14000. When we submitted a claim, they authorized a sum of R4500. The balance I must pay. I contacted Dewald Nel, a sales manager on Tuesday 22 June to ask for their assistance because their plan is not paying out as promised. He said he will call me back on Wednesday morning to let me know what is happening. On Wednesday afternoon I phoned several times but he was in a meeting. On Thursday I phoned several times but he helped a customer on the floor and when I phoned late afternoon, he went out with the customer. On Thursday the 24th of June he left me a whatsapp message that he will contact me during the morning to let me know how they will assist me. When I phoned Friday afternoon, Leonie, as usual, said she will just find out if she can put me through???? Unfortunately Dewald Nel was in a meeting again. In the meantime he sent me a whatsapp to say that a the clutch went due to normal wear an tear (Less than 6 months, 7000km, R9000 repairs after buying a repair plan for R14000 that covers all defects) Be careful ladies and gents! Defects might cost you an arm and a leg in as little as less than 6 months after you buy from Exclusive Auto. Lets do honest business, Dewald Nel!
Please refer to my helopeter report submitted on Sun 5 July'15. That complaint is still not even attended to by autopage. In the meanwhile Autopage tried to illegally deduct money from my wife's account, but we stopped it at the bank. Please get Autopage to attend to my complaint. It is more than a month now!
We wanted a tablet contract prepaid as it would be used by kids for school and games. Heather and Ankia adviced us to take open contract with a \My limit"product to prevent surprises on acc. It went well for 9 months-R244.51 every month. For May we suddenly paid R1465.65 and got a bill for R5343.24 for June. \"" My limit\"" is still charged @ R4.83"
