Fourways branch . Poor aftersales. Multiple attempts to get a replacement part . Promised a phone call on first visit. Went there after few weeks. No one knows anything. In the last week been there a further 3 times after a supplier rep said he will get parts to store. Leroy Merlin sat they aware of the part but can't seem to find as part was handed to someone who was unavailable in the weekend. Today they can't find it....
I am trying to find a contact number or email address to log an issue where an ubermoto driver damaged my car on Saturday afternoon at 17.20 After numerous searches and phone calls and emails on non existent numbers and fictitious information I have been forced to log a complaint. Even a visit to their Sandton office on 12 Charles Street I was unable to get CONTACT INFO
I started a solar installation with ELECHTECH in February 2024 . It is now almost end of July 2924 and I'm still waiting for Sakkie Linde the owner to finish my solar installation. It is only partially complete. The owner, Sakkie keeps lying about stock and makes promises to call and complete the job but nothing has happened. I have made numerous calls and sent numerous messages but nothing is happening. The owner Sakkie has too many excuses and false promises. He also his business profile to temporary close afte i gave him a 2 star review a few months prior.the business after I gave him a poor review Sakkie ignores calls, and messages.

Hi I had an issue with my Fibre line yesterday around 12pm. I logged a query with the Fibre call centre at 13.03. I received a call from them yesterday at 14.40 to arrange that we meet at 08:00 today to rectify the problem . I called the Fibre support twice this morning @ 08.38 and 09.48 . At both times I requested to chat to a Senior person due to No show of Fibre Tech Team.No senior has contacted me yet. On the latter call consultant called back that someone will be in touch from Fibre repair side. Not happy with aftersales service at all.
I have experienced poor reception, Missed calls , drop calls to name a few issues from march this year. I escalated this matter a month back to MTN for resolution and feedback. I received none. on my inquiry this Monday i asked what was done and the response was typical No Fault found. I inquired why no feedback as i was still having a problem. i was told i will contacted by Gareth Wepenaar. Till today no response. i called again today No one willing to tell me when i will be contacted by Gareth. Not surprising the way Corporate show concern!!!!!!!!!!
