To my regret I bought a Ford Fiesta engine from them. I knew that I probably had to give the engine a service, and maybe a new water pump and worst case a new cylinder head gasket, of which I was prepared to do. I did a compression test and found it to be very low, so I decided to remove the cylinder head, and check the valves and gasket, just to find that the pistons and sleeves have had deep score marks on them. I contacted Fernado but was told that because I have opened the engine, my warranty was void and they could not replace the engine, I accepted that they will not be replacing the engine, but I asked for a discount as I now had to replace pistons and bore the block. I spoke to Afzul and he asked me for proof of payment on the spares that I had replaced. I send him pictures and receipts and he said he will get back to me about a refund. Since then I have contacted him numerous times about the refund but have been ignored totally. Since then months has gone by and never getting a reply or a phone call. He has left me with no other option than to take this case further. If you look at their website you get slogans like "We're committed to delivering only the highest quality engines, gearboxes and car parts" or "Discover the best deals with our competitive pricing. We strive to offer you excellent products at prices that suit your budget." That is just a bunch of lies and a sales pitch. Do not buy from them, If you have issues they will just ignore you. Their parts are anything but Quality, rather buy from somebody that have confidence in their product and at least does a bore inspection or a compression test.

Nelspruit Ford, more than just a dealer? <br> <br> Bought my used Ranger from them, excellent service, until it is on your name! <br> <br> Had a few issues that they assured me would be taken care off. <br> Took it to the panel beater to have everything fixed. <br> After numerous emails and telephone calls they eventually paid my money back, but not all the invoices. <br> We did not see there was more invoices attached......one of the excuses, really, it does not require any more skills than just been able to read. <br> That is after all the work was approved to be done. <br> Well it has been 8 Months already and my emails and calls just get ignored and excuses thought up.<br> <br> More than just a dealer? <br> Yes they are, don't say you have not been warned!
