I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance Saadiyah from client services gave me a great service!
I called in requesting a balance on my accounts, on the 8th Feb I received an email qouting me the settlement amount and the discounts applied, valid until 28 Feb 2023. I made payment on the 18th Feb 2023 as per email. In the week that followed I was hounded by Capital data MBD and Newtons Attorney agents calling me demanding payment. I have informed them that I did make payment and provded proof of payment. In the weeks that followed and to date I am still receiving calls demanding payment. I spoke to Nazeera, whom I explained the story to again last week and she asked me to send an email to Samantha, apparently Samantha deals with these sort of queries. Samantha has still not contacted me yet I am getting calls still demanding payment. I need Fichoice to sort out my issue and send me a paid up letter confirmig that the account has been closed and settled.

I have updated, called and sent several emails to debt busters to change my cellphone number and to make arrangements to pay and close the account sooner, everytime I call I am told that an agent/consultant will call me shortly to finalise but they dont call and respond that I am not avaiable yet I have on so many occassions on email, call and on their smartcents platform updated my cellphone number, I suspect they dont want me to get off debt counselling so that they can keep on milking me. Their communcation is very poor. I have to resort to this platform or the NCR to get a response from them. It's not fair
I would like to get assistance on my debt review. I went on debt review in Jauary 2020, in January 2021 I was retrenched. I was asked to provide monthly police affidavit to declare my unemployment status, all of which I did. Now one of my creditors informed me that the debt counsellor has not being paying them, I requested the debt counsellor to advice as to where the money was going to and they couldn't account for it. I want out of the debt review process because when I signed up with them it was on the premise that they will pay all my listed debts as per agreement and they are not coming on board and being honest about what is happening. I have been ignored every time I raise the matter. I am a Black South Africa woman who is unemployed and go into an agreement with the Debt Busters SA under the impression that |I will get help.
Hi there, I took up insurance with Momentum short term in Feb. I called the call centre and spoke to a very rude and uninteresting Michele from the Client Care. I called to ask of the inspection centres and she just told me to take it to the nearest one!!!! Which would be where exactly??? I wouldn't have called if I knew which inspection centre to take it to. So rudely even and I proceed to tell her that I'm calling to give in my engine and VIN numbers and she said I must go get the car inspected first. She didn't even ask for me policy number nor my ID number. If Michelle doesn't like the job she is doing she must stay at home and let people who are willing to do it work. I had such a pleasant experience with your sales staff (Muaz Mohammed) but your client care is terrible. I called into FNB to query on my home loan and was assisted by Ayanda Smith. He was patient with me and explained everything in detail as per my query. I would like to extend gratitude to him and FNB home loans as a whole with assistance to my bond. I hate calling call centers and was surprised by the quick response and efficiency.
I had a virgin mobile contract a long time ago, sometime between 2007-2008, the telesales consultant that called me offered me a product that I was to pay R200 for 1000 sms and unlimed calls. At the end of the first month of taking the contract I recived a bill that I owed about R560. I called Virgin Mobile to complain and I was not assisted. I left the matter at that and it not receive further communication from them. In 2010 I received a call from a debt collections company that I had to pay Virgin Mobile. I made an arrangement with the them and paid the account. From 2010-2013 I did not receive any communication from Virgin Mobile and considered the matter closed. In 2013, I received a call from another debt collecting company that I owe Virgin Mobile. I paid two installments of R1600 plus an additional R30. After that I still didn't receive communication from Virgin Mobile. Late last year in October, I received a summons from another Debt Collecting Company, I informed the company that I had made payments and sent them proof of payments and spoke to Rebecca Kodisane. Today another company called me to say that I owe VM...please I don't have the energy for this. Kindly sort it!!
