Worst Service ever. I have been a Fibre customer for 6 years. Since last week The vodapay app, is not reflecting the correct statements and invoices, dates to 2025. Great service cut due too incorrect payments made, Paid Up the service, now I'm unable to access certain webpages or services. Phoned numerous times, still not sorted. The authenticator light on my Router is OFF, have reported it many times, no feedback. Vodacom Fibre sort out my connection. Please
Good Day, Hope you are well. I have a Major problem with your springs Branch. We have been waiting for Over 2 months for our vehicle. To my suprise the car is not even at the premises and the Owner or Manager or whoever he is does not have Clue to what he is doing. Making inappropriate jokes stating that the car was sold when Enquiring what's going on when we went there. After we were there last Friday 09th of May, he said the Manager or whoever he is simply just rude will call us back on Saturday till date no response after he only phoned this on monday the 12th of May stating that there is now another issue on the vehicle which it never had when it was booked in. Got the Car Back 24th of May, After we Paid R14000 for an oil leak to be repaired, he wanted us to pay for the Auto Electrician as the Car had a Electrical Fault which it never had when it was booked in. Wheel Bearings replaced and its still leaking oil? The ABS light that was illuminated the whole time was supposed to be repaired, still have the same issue as when the car was in for repairs just worse? This is not on. We need answers. The Manager is Very Rude with no customer service. Didn't even show what was done or replaced on the car. Gave the keys and sat behind the counter. They forced us to sign and pay their invoice!!!! To Date no one from your head office sorted the issue. Urgent response required or we will take legal action and have all the proof.
Here we go again, a month later and the Fibre is Down Again. Vodacom this is unacceptable. I wnat my connection sorted today, its now the 10th time that it's down since October 2024? Vodacom: Vodacom: Service request SR250211-573062 update to New NoReply(2-15FK9LUA).
I have asked you guys to contact me, My internet Fibre was off since the 25th of December 2024 @ 20:00pm till the 8th Of January 2025 when it was finally restored!! I have reversed the Debit order as I didn't have any Internet connection or any form of Contact to resolve the issue. Credit the invoice as this is unacceptable. Hi, This is the most Unreliable internet service provider ever. You are offline again on the 25th of December 2024. Im paying for a service I can't use. Sort out my issue!! No connection!! This is like the 6th time in the last 3 months. Unacceptable!
You can't contact them. Only Help can be submitted online. I have placed an order yesterday the 29th and Paid for Delivery R75 so it can Be delivered today the 30th, Now I see your System states it is only Tomorrow the 31st?
