If I could give them 0 stars I would They are the managing agents of my building. The specific individuals assigned to my building are absolutely imposing to getbjn contact with No response to emails and do not pick up their extension when called Would 100% NOT recommend them Literally use any other managing agents besides them
Do yourself a favour if you want a Hyundai vehicle and find a different dealership to purchase from. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic. Actually just the service in general. They on top of you,up until the deposit is made for the purchase of the vehicle. From there it's all downhill. No follow up, no follow through,no apologies for lack of service. You have to chase down anything you want done Had I had any incling of the lack of service from this dealership,I would have never purchased a car from them. Issues that I had to take the car back for a week after receiving it(car spent two days at Hyundai eastrand) were still not sorted out .now a 2 weeks after receiving it,I get the phone call stating the service plan that was part of the deal is not active until I come back to sign for it.I have no words for how useless this place is. Just don't use them if you can help it. Apparently Hyundai Bedfordview is outstanding
