AA - Beware after cancellation
Please be very cautious when cancelling your membership with AA. Immediately after cancellation I started receiving daily calls from AA but with no one speaking on the other end. I'd get about 5 calls a day. Then 2 months after cancellation I was also debited with the annual payment and no notification. Please monitor and block AA when you cancel so this doesnt happen to you. When speaking to the consultant they said about 33 people were affected by some system issue but I'm really not sure if everyone else was refunded.

Poor Quality
Ordered 2 items, a personalised bracelet and necklace. The delivery took over 2 weeks and I am based in CPT CBD. When the items arrived the quality was poor. The engraving was scratched and untidy. The packaging was also not as nice as expected or shown on the site. When I reviewed the items on the site I noticed that the reviews did not appear so the reviews shown are definitely filtered. Would not recommend Charis Jewelry.

No refund and no full delivery - over 5 months since order
<p>Ordered 6 items in January. No delivery or communication after 14 working days so I enquired via email. After much back and forth emails with promised delivery followed by no delivery or communication as to why, I eventually asked for the items in stock to be delivered. Four of the items were delivered by April and no response to the additional items. I have since requested a refund however no refund received after many attempts.</p> <p> </p> <p>Funky Tights only answered my initial emails with a standard response that they are looking into my enquiry. This is usually followed by no further responses until you send multiple emails. SLA was not adhered to, absolute nightmare to get items ordered delivered and do not refund you on items not delivered. Would not use them again and would really advise others to be careful.</p>
