Worst dealership/VW brand
The worst dealership/ brand/ customer service that I ever came across. My 2024 T-Cross was purchased in Oct 2025, since December 2025 vehicle has been in and out of the service department. Currently the vehicle is with the dealership since March and they cannot fine the fault why the vehicle looses power and goes into limp mode. The sensors that VW SA requested to change are not available in the country. I was told its ordered from Germany, gone 6 weeks still no delivery. Was told today that the warehouse in Germany don't have stock, so no one knows when it will be resolved. Not a single call from the management team to apologise or provide any assistance.

A debit order went off my account which I didn't apply and authorise. This is *****. I sent many emails no feedback and when I call it says my number is not registered on there system. Please Help 🙏😭
