Terrible dispensary - dangerously ***********
The Local Choice Pharmacy in Sandbaai, Herm****, is completely unprofessional. I was given the wrong dose for my Schedule 5 medication with no explanation (later I found out that they had run out of the dose I was prescribed). To top that off, the sticker with instructions for use on the box gave the wrong instructions - it said to take 1 per day, but the dosage was wrong. I called and was not even offered an apology.

Discovery Health's mental health care programmed helped me recover from depression
I will always be grateful to Discovery Health for its incredible Mental Health Care Programme. I was in a very difficult place after being dealt the double blow of losing a parent and dealing with postpartum depression. It got to the point where I had to be hospitalised. As a Discovery member, I was then covered for several days in a psychiatric facility which, far from being the scary institution many of us imagine, was a haven of support where I got the expert help I needed to recover from what was diagnosed as major clinical depression. There is no way I could have recovered without having access to this help. Afterward, I was able to return to my young child and be the mother she deserved. I will never forget coming back months later to collect some documents and realising how different I felt. Even the receptionist was smiling at me because she could see the difference. I felt lighter and more hopeful. It has been a continuous journey. Discovery also covered several post-recovery sessions with a psychiatrist and psychologist. I can honestly say that this benefit was lifesaving and I really wish more people knew about it. Thank you Discovery!

Clicks specials and loyalty programme make my day
I really appreciate the fantastic specials at Clicks as well as their loyalty programme. These days things are getting more and more expensive and a little savings go a long way. I also appreciate how efficient and friendly the Clicks Hout Bay cashiers are. Thanks Clicks!

Allan Gray South Africa has brilliant customer service
I have been a client of Allan Gray South Africa's since 2017 and I have been consistently impressed by their excellent service. I never have to wait long to speak with a customer service agent and they are always knowledgeable and helpful. The response time to withdrawal requests and other requests like opening new investments is incredibly fast, often on the same day. Their online client portal is also very user-friendly and contains comprehensive information about my investments. I am a very happy client!
