I wanted to take my wife and granddaughter to your venue on the 1st May . Numerous phones calls were left unanswered, WhatsApp were not rep**** on. When we got there at 13h10 we were told sorry we are closed. They were so looking forward spending time there and were left disappointed.
I tried several times to increase my credit limit on my credit card via the app. I was not successful as it came only to a point and then seized. Yet I got email evetytime informing me to complete transaction. I dialed your customer nr and was told that the reason is that I'm partially private banking and other "normal" account hence I couldn't complete. I have never given nedbank consent to move my account to private banking. I was approached by Heila but I declined. Is nedbank so desperate to get clients that they would go to this extremes??? Inconvenience me as a loyal customer for a very long time. I have approached other banks as I'm not happy with nedbank. Still not able to increase my credit limit after Shazima assisted me. Ridiculous!! You never respond to customer complaints that are logged via hello Peter
Always an issue in your brakpan branch to withdraw money. Today again 30 minutes to do a withdrawal of R800. Totally useless!!@ money gets deducted of my account immediately but I have to wait 30 minutes for payout
We went to your branch at Springsgate on Sunday. The service was really not up to standard. We ordered a simple waffle and ice cream / cream and waited for an extended period. About 4 waiters including the manager came past to ask if we have been served. All along we waited. When the order FINALLY arrived they had nothing ice cream and not 1x cream and 1 x ice cream.
I signed an agreement that my bond gets deducted on the 27th. Now on regular intervals im getting sms's to inform me that my installment will go off earlier! PLEASE NOTE... I AM GETTING PAID ON THE 27TH. should you continue with this is will remove my bond to SA Homeloans. The opt out doesn't work as I still had to phone twice to ensure the debit order didn't go off to early in December
I played my powerball numbers as I do for the past 15 plus years. Tonight I played the same numbers again. Only to find that the powerball switched for some reason to the 2nd of January but the power plus played for the 30th December? How is this possible?

Die chips op albeit borde was koud. Die blaarslaai op burger was verlep, my seun het n medium rare t-been bestel, wat over done was en koud. Dis jammer dat die kos nie op standaard was. Die kelnerin se diens was puik soos wat jul diens altyd was.
Made a payment last month as soon as I got the invoice. Then again received a notification that the money is outstanding! Had to send emails and numerous phone calls only to be told yes they did receive a payment. We told the person that the balance of around R190 will be paid END OF NOVEMBER!! straight afterwards I received communication, the balance is still outstanding. Today I receive a threat that I will be handed over to the sheriff if immediate payment is not made!!!! What the hell! Are you do desperate for money???? I will NEVER deal with vermaak again. Shame inflation must have hit you hard!
My debit order that was supposed to go off on the 27th only went off on the 4th??? What if there were no funds available?? I changed my car insurance from momentum to outsurance. Initially I insured my new car with momentum and was charged a pro rata rate. I canceled the policy as outsurance was half the price you offered me with better benefits. I have not received any money back as the policy was canceled before month end. I phoned your offices and a "supervisor" said she would investigate. I am still waiting for feedback. More than a month. Quick to claim pro rata but lacking to pay back! If my debit orders go off again late then I will terminate ALL my policies with momentum
2 weeks ago we went as a family to your branch at carnival city. We ordered 2 each of your breakfast pizzas. Once again your Mexican was a huge disappointment. This time they smothered it in raw chillies. Nobody could eat it and had to do take aways. Why do we only get proper Mexican pizza when your manager Charles is on duty? Surely there is a recipe to follow?? Very disappointing. We've been supporting you for more than 11 years and my grandkids grew up in front of your staff.
