Really disappointed after good initial encounter
I bought an alluminium re-usable bottle. Bottle was expensive. After opening bottle was defective and could not be used again. Reported to Aqualle. They collected bottle and promosed replacement within 7 working days. I followed up on 7 days. No reply this time.

Fantastic service
I used Rain before. Today I completed a request online for a new service. Within seconds Dikeledi Khoeli phoned me. She provided all the necessary information and explained everything clearly for me to understand. I love rain and now I also love Rain because their service is fantastic and Dikeledi is an absolute star!!! Keep it up Rain!
