i was admitted for an emergency on 03.05. had to pay R2700 before i could see a doctor, since i dont have savings available on my medical aid. Overall Hospital experience was great. then the account part comes. i was discharged 8.05 already, have been battling a week just to get the hospital invoice to be able to try and claim the R2700 back from GAP cover. No one, answers the phone in accounts for the last week. Friday i was told the lady left early. today i have been trying since 10 am, now 11:11 no one answers, switchboard cant transfer the call to any supervisor, manager, financial manager no one, you just need to hang with it and wait until someone is willing to answer the phone to get help. i would love to know, if the accounts people claim anything back, if they also get to battle like patients do. keeping in mind, if we dont pay our medical aids, they will not pay the hospitals, if the hospitals dont get paid, they dont have jobs, the accounts department is just as important as the whole hospital. all the good that was done is now null and void due to bad service, so sad.....

They trick you into doing the tasks . When you do choose a R1200 task to complete the first part goes well then they hide you a second task where you gave to deposit another R6500 to complete the task and do another trade . But this does not make any sense as the initial tasks says do R1200 and you will get back R2000. When you are unable to deposit the additional R6500 they do assisting you all together and nobody helps you further. And you don't get your investment of 1200 that you put in the beginning to do the task back.
My sons phone was left in this bolt. He isnt answering calls. My number 0823557833. Driver phone number 0600702604. Phone number we booked from was +27 78 054 2905. We dont have this phone with us. Not even after all this info can bolt get hold of the driver to get my sons phone back!!! Even when u look at the reviews on true caller, it is scary to think bolt allow people's safety in this guys hands
Co-Active, a 3rd party company for Vodacom. please dont deal with them. UPgraded 15 Jan already, quoted me R1199, ended up paying R2020, still trying to resolve this. eventually arranged to take my phone to credit the phone and to send me a new phone, after 2 weeks, still nothing happened... still no new phone though....
We pay premium and we get ****. Catch up doesn’t work, now I need to take my decoder in to RANDBURG. Irrespective of where I stay, I need to take the decoder in for a software upgrade because it doesn’t automatically happen anymore

2nd complaint... Nothing has happened yet, I have been trying to sort this account since the 28th of Oct… I need to know my account is going to be fixed by the end of the month…. and what is going to happen now to my 2 gb data I was supposed to get this month… and 600mb of data was taken away when they changed my contract to the new contract which shouldn’t have changed in the first place. 1st complaint.... i upgraded last week, vodacom upgraded the incorrect number. i have been trying for 4 days to get my account sorted out. my phone contract was changed to a new contract R200 more expensive than the one i had. i need this changed back to the original contract i had and the upgrade has to be moved to the correct number. being sent to pillar and post nothing has been done up to now. spoke to the online dept and i was told there is NO telephone number to contact for this dept who should sort this out. this is totally ridiculous, just another money making scam. obviously i have to use my phone to this means extra money to vodacom.
