Leap Delivery

I ordered a Copy of a book from Aveade.com on 21 this month 2026. The delivery is late as it came now, but I put that down to a lot of delivery due to sales running this month. During the week I tried to write to Aveade but got no reply. I went into their website and nowhere is there an option that you can indicate that you have never received your parcel. It says it was shipped, but it was never delivered. I was never provided with a tracking number. There is no customer service email to report this. According to Aveade if you did not get your parcel, you are credited or refunded.
