Two Mountains

*****ULENT DEDUCTION
A policy was opened at Two Mountains without my consent or approval. The funds are being deducted directly from my grant. The beneficiary on the document is supposedly my father (who passed many, many years ago). the "beneficiary" was born in the year 2002. How is that possible? My signature on the document is recorded as an "X". Now, my question is, how does the underwriter, NAMED BAM LEFA MOROKE, not see this as a red flag, huh? Come on guys. Yes, I have been refunded part of the deducted monies, still waiting for the balance, but what happens to other underwritten elderly who do not even notice the amount going off their grants. This is so not acceptable.
