I am a first time buyer with teljoy. I rented a Samsung tv which came broken the first time. They sent a new one. Being a woman, out of fear I waited for technicians to unbox and install. They put the tv on on the box and said its fine. They were rude. After we put the tv on our own bracket and removed the sticker we saw a crack under the sticker. Now teljoy does not want to compensate us for experiencing this twice. It is so heart sore to want an item and companies do this. From the call center to the technicians. Everyone is very rude. They actually go as far as saying you broke the tv so you are liable despite purchasing and wanting the appliance.
