Waterfall School of Business

Huge lack in communication and service
Extremely disappointed with the service and communication received since the transition from Oxbridge Academy to Waterfall School of Business. I completed my N4 and N5 studies through Oxbridge Academy, and in the two years I studied there, I never experienced the amount of frustration and confusion that I have faced in just these past few months with Waterfall School of Business while completing my N6. Communication from the institution has been poor and inconsistent. Deadlines are communicated without prior notice, leaving students confused and stressed. There is very little assistance or clarity provided, and professionalism seems to be lacking throughout this transition process. Instead of supporting students academically, it feels as though unnecessary obstacles are constantly being created. I expected far better organisation, communication, and service during a transition between institutions. I sincerely hope these issues are addressed because, at this stage, I would not recommend this institution to anyone considering further studies.
