After having back issues last year, I switched completely to Asian Pilates in the app. The movements are very joint-friendly while effectively strengthening the deep core muscles. In one month my flexibility improved noticeably and the discomfort in my lower back decreased. The instructions are clear, but I wish the voice guidance was a bit louder.
