Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend

Very disappointed with PrimeLoans. I took out a loan and specifically selected the repayment date as 26 May 2026. After the loan was approved, I noticed the system showed 22 May 2026 instead. When a consultant phoned me, I immediately explained that I had selected the 26th and asked her to correct it. She told me not to worry because the 22nd was “only an initiation date” and assured me it would not affect the repayment date. Now PrimeLoans has attempted to debit my account on the 22nd, leaving my bank account in a negative balance! This is completely unacceptable and caused unnecessary financial stress because of incorrect information given by their consultant. I will never use PrimeLoans again and would not recommend their services to anyone.
