Brolink's service is simple, efficient and professional. Apart from the information on the incident that the insurer passed on to Brolink, you only required a number of photographs. When I opened your link I was pleasantly surprised about how simple it was to upload the photos. And what really impressed me was that, halfway through, the link informed me that no further pictures were required. So I didn't even need to press a send button to complete the process. And the follow up by your assessor, Karen Schoeman, was speedy and informative. He has fully informed me of the further process, not leaving it up to me to wonder or guess about what will happen next. Thank you.
