I was informed by Baypot when i was applying for a loan that my ID is flagged for ***** at African Bank. upon finding out last year April or May i went straight to African Bank and i was told to open a case at SAPS which I did and affidavit as well, was also requested to sign on my ID copy 6 signatures to be exact. i was then told that it will take about 3 months to be investigated and closed. i lost my ID and my wallet some time last year and whoever who found d it tried to take a loan on my name. clearly African Bank did not do background check and now i have to suffer because of their incompetency. every time i follow up im told it is still pending. i was advised by one consultant that this usually takes 3 months. its a year already and i am been punished for something i did not do. I corporated with them by giving them all required documents and they still cant resolve this matter. I need management to take over this as my life is in stand still due to my ID that is blocked or flagged for *****
