MTN refusing to cancel contract for undelivered router
I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my MTN contract. The router was never delivered, yet I am struggling to get the contract cancelled. I have been passed between departments and have still not recieved proper assistance or cancellation confirmation. If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will escalate to the relevent consumer authorities. I request immediate cancellation confirmation0 replies
