I ordered an item for Mother’s Day which, firstly, I had to follow up on, and secondly, sadly had to log a return for. I must admit that once I pushed for the delivery, their customer service was good. However, after requesting a return within the allowed timeframe, I eventually received a response asking for additional information for their suppliers. Since then, I have been unable to get hold of them despite sending multiple emails and trying to call. I would recommend buying products directly from the stores whose products they stock, as having them as an intermediary does not make for a good experience if any issues arise.
