I am formally complaining about ongoing connectivity and speed issues on the Fly.cool network running over Vuma infrastructure for more than a month. The router has been replaced three times, technicians have come more than four times, and I have done more than 10 to 15 reboots, yet the service still fails after supposed fixes. Tickets, including 01364456, 01330611, and 01283081, have been logged via the ISP, but there has been no durable resolution. Vuma technicians have also done work outside of the premises, yet stability has not improved. Please escalate this to a senior technical team, provide a single point of contact, and confirm a firm plan and timeline. Good day, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received since joining. I have been reporting the same issue on a weekly basis, namely slow internet speeds or no internet connectivity at all. This has become extremely frustrating, especially because the issue has still not been resolved permanently. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the WhatsApp support platform, where it can take up to two days to receive a response. I am usually not someone who complains, but this has now become too much. I rely on fibre for work, and these ongoing connectivity issues are now affecting my productivity. I would appreciate it if my network issue could be investigated properly and resolved permanently as a matter of urgency.
