Unauthorised money deduction
Uber deducted R50 from my account this morning for the Uber one membership plan which I did not subscribe to. I tried to talk to customer services to get help through the app, but it rendered useless as well as unsubscribing. I do not recall subscribing to Uber one and for that I'd like a refund.
