Just Property North Administration has become a nightmare since their Admin left last year. I have been trying to get in contact with their new administration lady since end of March to no avail. I've called the office since end of March, no response. Ive emailed since the 1st of April. No response. The lease renewal supposedly happened end of March 2026 yet there's no contract that was sent over to sign. At this point I'm even tempted to contact the owner of the unit directly because clearly Just Property is doing a miserable job at managing the unit.
Makro, my dear… I placed an order on 24 April 2026, and all items were scheduled for delivery on 4 May 2026. One out of the four items was delivered earlier than expected, and I was genuinely happy with the service at that point. However, things quickly went downhill. I suddenly received a vague email stating that a refund had been initiated. Imagine my shock, especially since I had neither cancelled my order nor requested any refund. I then had to call customer service myself just to find out what was happening, only to be informed that Item 1 was out of stock. My humble request to the consultant was simply that future emails should clearly explain the reason for refunds instead of sending vague notifications that leave customers confused and concerned. Unfortunately, the consultant was quite rude and responded by saying it was “out of their scope” because they are “just the middleman” and that the supplier is responsible. I chose to let that slide. Then, on Monday, 4 May, I decided to track the delivery for the remaining two items, only to discover that the delivery date had quietly been changed to 8 May — with absolutely no communication or notification from Makro. Today is now 9 May, and I am still waiting for my delivery. The consultants I have spoken to seem completely clueless and have basically said there is nothing they can do because courier companies do not operate on Saturdays. My concern is this: if there are delays, why is your system not being updated accordingly? More importantly, why are customers not being informed? The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service throughout this process has been extremely disappointing.
