I am extremely disappointed with my experience with aveade.com. I ordered 9 × 1kg bags of coffee online, but after a long wait, I only received 6 × 800g bags instead. That is significantly less than what I paid for. Their explanation was that the product was “advertised incorrectly,” which is simply not acceptable. To make matters worse, I have been unable to get hold of them. They do not answer their phone, and emails go unanswered. This level of service is very poor and unprofessional. This feels like false advertising and bad business practice. I will never order from them again and would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.
