They are refusing to fix issues but when I say I am leaving they say I must pay penalties for termination
They are the worst, I live in one of their building in acardia, they took over the building from ithemba..they don't want to fix anything, whenever you report issues they say the agreement says tenants must fix them..I reported stove issues, leaking pipes and leaking roof since 2023, they sent sm1 to fix the roof and stove but it is never fixed to work properly which I pointed out to them ,but nothing was done since then,so I told them that I am leaving since I can't stay in a flta with a stove that doesn't work n leaking roof with kids..they say I need to pay for early termination ,how can that be possible if I am leaving because of issues they could fix..now it's raining roofs are leaking even after they fixed many times,I'm told I need to fix everything is that even fair?0 replies
