Payment made for online order no delivery
I placed an order on the 23 April 2026 for close to R1200.00. It hasn't been shipped and today is the 4 May 2026. Their website says shipping between 1 to 3 business days. I sent numerous email enquiries and recieved automated responses advising that feedback would be provided in 48 hours. No feedback via email whatsoever. My order number is ***. If you don't intend on delivering the products to me of which I made payment, please can you process my refund.3 replies
