The issue I have with a company running my fibre is not about the time it takes to install it, but when I have an issue I need support, however it seems impossible to get hold of the company and they do not seem to respond properly to Afrihost either, which makes this the only channel for communication and this is extremely poorly. if the guys who needs direct access to a provider can't get adequate support , how am I supposed to get support from them?0 replies
