I had a contract with MTN and they handed me over to 1stly Strauss then to NuDept management now NuDept has refused many times to give me my statement of my balance however I pay R1000 each month, that is the agreement, at some point they attempted to dept R5000 which I reversed. This month they have not debited I called and followed up yesterday they said they will debit at night, however they did not debit still, I called today and they said they are not sure why. This company is emotional abusive and their bill just never ends. I don’t know what to do now0 replies
