Landsdowne manages Terranova, there has been dampness since 2023 and they deny their responsibilities, this year the tenant moved out due to non compliance and poor conditions. Kyala is the Manager, getting hold of her is almost impossible. They make you believe everything is approved and resolved and then you wait. Maxwell the maintenance manager is permanently awaiting feedback from Kyala, Both are highly confused and have no regard for your circumstances or the urgency . There is a new tenant moving in next week and no work is done. No communication regarding timelines, we must just wait indefinitely.
I have been trying to register my husband and daughter on the medical aid for the last 2 weeks. Discovery team has been inefficient and return daily with repeated queries and errors. They app**** a late joiner penalty even though they have the previous membership and they have the membership certificate as evidence. I resolved this with them on Friday and today I am faced with the same query. There is endless capturing errors, nobody thinks beyond their nose. This application is urgent as I withdrew my husband and daughter from the current fund as of the 30 April 2026 therefore they need to be covered without a break in their cover. On Friday I had to submit a new application for my daughter as she could not be loaded as a dependent on my husband's membership now that application could not move forward as the consultant did not remove my daughter. Completed that process now the underwriters advised we must submit a new application for my husband as they cannot remove my daughter. It's a circus and has been the most frustrating experience.
