Brand new vehicle issues
My ****her bought a brand new Omoda C7 from Omoda Melrose Arch on the 27th of Feb 2026. Since taking delivery on the 27th of Feb 2026 his BRAND NEW Omoda C7 is now back in the workshop for a 2nd time. 2nd time running 3 weeks now. The dealership does not care at all. As per section 58 of the CPA my father has the right to choose between repair, cancellation or refund. My father wants to cancel the deal, but Omoda SA is just not attending to the matter. ABSOLUTELY LOST ALL CONFIDENCE IN OMODA. Next step Ombudsman.
