Nelson Mandela Rhode Place Hotel: We want our R1000 deposit back!!!!!
Good day We were 3 friends booked at Mandela Rhodes place Hotel at long street Apartments in Cape town CBD at room number 702.. when you arrive they tell you about securing a deposit of R1000 before handing over a key which was not mentioned on a booking site on top of the amount we paid for booking the place.. we booked from 28 to 30 March 2026.. we checked out and we requested for our Deposit back they mention we need to wait 14 working days.. we tried to make contact with them but we get blue ticked its been almost 4 weeks without our deposit back,, what type of ****mer hotel is this and No we didnt break nothing… we want our deposit back!!!!! We have been so patient sorry…0 replies
