Urgent: Claim not paid- even after escalation- Terrible customer service
Hi Liberty Team *** I am really disappointed with your service, I have been paying my policy for a year and when I now have to claim for income protector it is an issue. Both Neriss & Caroline haven't bothered to call me even after several emails and calls to your customer care Kamo *** & Zanele & Desiree contact center manager- *** I was promised feedback and still nothing Why such terrible customer services Clearly TCF doesn't apply Regards Albert -***1 reply
