Urgent: Claim not paid- even after escalation- Terrible customer service
Hi Liberty Team Policy: 59956075700 I am really disappointed with your service, I have been paying my policy for a year and when I now have to claim for income protector it is an issue. Both Neriss & Caroline haven't bothered to call me even after several emails and calls to your customer care Kamo ref: 100737664 & Zanele & Desiree contact center manager- Ref : 100910398 I was promised feedback and still nothing Why such terrible customer services Clearly TCF doesn't apply Regards Albert -071 885 2526
