Irate customers

I am disgusted at their service, I have been calling them for over a month and spoke to a lady by the name of Bridget, I do not have any business with as the consultant I spoke to said they from Maxlaw, i then saw debit orders going off from mt bank account which i did not authorized, Bridget advised someone will call back, up until this very minute I am still waiting and when I call the offices then Bridget places me on hold for more than 20minutes and still does not come back to me, I am just requesting the refund for the past 2months
